Great place to go everybody I've ever had an encounter with you was very nice the environment is a good place to bury mellow most of the equipment is it great some of it I still haven't used so don't want to judge on that everything I have used has worked out great for me we recommend going to this place I'll be back

Parking wasn't very clear. Pool is the warmest around :) The workout equipment was great and modern. They have showers, 2 basketball courts, badmintin, many classes from yoga to cycling. Great gym all around.

The staff are very welcoming and helpful. They keep it very clean, and you do your workout and no bothers you.

Great facilities, variety of workouts available including racket ball and boxing room. Warm pool offering aqua aerobics and aqua arthritis. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Plenty of parking.
